The adventure known as Mijoy Around the World has now begun!
Follow my adventure through diverse landscapes and share my inspiring story of resilience and purpose as I ride my motorbike, Mijoy, on a huge ride through 34 countries.
I’ll be raising funds for my local community Yacaaba Centre, which saved my life by providing free professional grief counselling and giving me the tools to adventure and make a difference to many people suffering from grief.
As I travel through three continents – Oceania, Asia, and Europe – on my faithful companion, my Mijoy HONDA CB500X, my route will take me through Nelson Bay, Sydney, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, China, India, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Turkey, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Greece, Albania, Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, and finally, England.
I aim to ride every day (weather permitting) for about 200 to 300 kilometres per day, which should take me about four to five hours.
